Privacy
All coaching sessions are treated with strict confidentiality; your personal information and session content will not be shared without your consent.
Security
Every coaching session is hosted through Proton Meet, which uses end-to-end encryption to protect audio, video, and chat - ensuring confidentiality even from the service provider.
Access
Client recordings and materials are stored in an end-to-end encrypted cloud drive and are accessible only to me and them. Video recordings are retained for two months after the session date and then permanently deleted.
Terms & Conditions
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed sessions. If you feel a session did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days and I will review the session. In such instances, a complimentary follow-up session may be offered at my discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened but you will still be charged the full price.
Packages & Subscriptions
Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused sessions in a package expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope & Limitations
Coaching and channeling services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. If you require professional medical, legal, or financial assistance, please seek a qualified practitioner.
How to Request a Review or Refund
To request a session review or possible refund, email coaching@LucasLaurentius.com within 7 days of the session with your booking reference, session date, and a brief explanation. I will respond within 5 business days.
Changes to Policies
I reserve the right to update these policies; current policies are posted on this website.
Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
